The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page four, section twenty-two, line fifty-two, following the words "it is the", by striking out the words " finding of the Legislature that the state has a moral obligation to individuals who entered into a good faith agreement for insurance with the fund to assist them", and inserting in lieu thereof the words "sense of the Legislature that to the extent public funds are determined by the Legislature to be available, they may be appropriated to assist individuals";
On page five, section twenty-two, line sixty, following the word "remediations", by striking out the word "is", and inserting in lieu thereof the words "would be";
And,
On page five, section twenty-two, line sixty-six, following the words "shall request", by striking out the words "from the Legislature", and inserting in lieu thereof the words " that the governor include in each budget submitted to the Legislature ".
